Arthur's Smoothies with Acai
This is a review of the Arthur's Smoothes
with acai berry blend. Arthur's has other products that contain
more acai berry including the Arthur's Acai Plus but the all
natural Arthur's Smoothies, Strawberry Rainforest flavor, also
lists in its ingredients the acai berry. Most people may know
this acai berry juice as the Strawberry Rainforest smoothie
instead of acai berry smoothie. This acai berry drink scores 7
for the amount of essential nutrients it provides.

Review of the Arthur's
Smoothies with Acai Berry
This 11 ounce fruit-based
smoothie in a plastic bottle is part of
Arthur's smoothie line, ideal for anyone who
wants a thick Acai beverage for a light meal
replacement. It is of course low in fat, with
only 1 fat gram in total in the whole bottle,
none of which is saturated or trans fat.
The list of ingredients on
the bottle here show many fruits included, but
no yogurt in this smoothie, which is odd in
this industry. If the sour taste of yogurt has
turned you off of bottled smoothies, you might
want to give this one a try.
The main ingredients
include: Apple juice, Strawberry, Acai,
blueberry, blackberry, boysenberry, banana
puree, and lime juice. See Arthur's
Smoothies with Acai Nutrition Facts here
along with some more pictures of this acai
berry drink.

When poured, you can
see it's a normal, fruit smoothie, reddish-purple, and
has tiny bits of fruit in it. I had to shake it really
well to get it mixed before pouring. It tastes a lot like
a thick, berry juice blend, with an emphasis on the
raspberries and strawberries. Of course, this one is
packed with Acai, and has dozens of vitamins, minerals,
and antioxidants, so you should be able to count on much
better health benefits than your average apple juice
blend.
You can grab an
11-ounce bottle of Arthur's Strawberry Rainforest
Smoothie from your local health food store. I picked this
one up for about 3 dollars in my Whole Foods Market
Refrigerated juice section.
