big – and tasty- change in your diet…
No doubt you’ll try eating some Acai pulp straight out of the pack, and although both healthy
and interesting, it would make for a boring diet if that was all you ate for one or two meals each & every
day.
What you now need is a few good Acai recipes to get you started. We’ve got you covered for the first few, below
here on this page. In the future you can also find other good websites online like the official Acai Recipes site for more.
But for now, let’s get your day started with what is no doubt the world’s favorite Acai-based

The final word on Acai Recipes:
Both recipes above are extremely customizable. You are encouraged to replace as much of any one
as you wish with your favorite fruits or ingredients for a meal you’ll be happy with in the long run. (Just be sure
to always use ½ cup of some kind of liquid in your blender!)
It’s really easy to mix-n-match flavors and doing so supplies you with a never-ending variation
of taste. You can try one fruit at a time to mix with your Acai, or you can stuff every kind of fruit you can find
all in the same blender. You can even add in some chocolate or frozen yogurt if you’d like!
Here’s a great tip: Check your local grocer’s frozen fruits section for mixed fruit packs that
you can try mixing in for great tasting variations.
Enjoy your Acai!
